Level Up! Navigating Mental Wellness Together offers a safe and supportive environment for individuals to connect, learn, and grow in their mental health journey while enjoying cooperative video games together!

  • Weekly Gaming Sessions: An 8-week closed group capped at 5 group members that focuses on mental health support facilitated by a licensed therapist. Group will meet once a week with each session hosted on a private gaming server unique to the chosen video game (Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing, Minecraft, Don’t Starve Together, Fortnite, XDefiant, Call of Duty and many others). Group members will log into both the private gaming server and a HIPAA compliant video/audio platform using their gamertag to maintain confidentiality. Each week a different mental health topic will be spotlighted giving space for group members to discuss their experience, learn from one another, offer support, and build connections all while gaming.

    -LGBTQIA+ & Neurodivergence inclusive

    -Video game experience encouraged but not required

    -Access to internet & gaming system (PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch) compatible w/ chosen game

  • Self-pay only

    Group participants have the choice of two payment options:

    • $30 per 75-minute session due at the time of the group service (totaling $240 for 8 sessions).

    Or

    • $200, nonrefundable, one-time payment made at the time of the first group service (equaling $25/session). The $200 payment option is for all 8 group sessions, paid up front, saving the client $40 in total.
